You don't need a program to do these things..
Even in the "Start Menu" you can right click on "My Computer" and click, "Rename"... Same for "My Documents" and "My Network Places".
To rename the, "Recycle Bin" is a little more intricate, but it can also be done aswell with the "Registry Editor" (Start Menu >> Run >> edibox: regedit).
Easy stuff. ;-]
